Overview
255 laps is a Gecko code created by AdolescentSeagull. It allows the game to play courses up to 255 laps without crashing (hopefully!) on Grand Prix or Versus. To make this work, the time/lap timer graphics are disabled and the laps are shown by using the debug print function.
It is recommended to avoid time trials as the game cannot support more than 7 laps for ghosts. Additionally, Lakitu's board only goes up to 9.
Codes
Replace 000000ff on the first line with the number of desired laps in hexadecimal, or remove this line entirely if you don't want to force 255 laps on every stage - you will need to set the lap count through other means.
