Overview
Bullet Bill is a custom item created by AdolescentSeagull and Crow8028. This item behaves similarly to the red shell in addition to exploding. If it is thrown from 1st place, it attacks the kart in 2nd.
Notes
This mod requires a code patch to work properly. The download contains two patcher-compatible .zip files, one of which is the mod and the other is the code patch. This means that the download needs to be unzipped so the two individual .zip files can be obtained. A newer version of the MKDD Track Patcher - at least v1.1 or newer - is required to apply the code patch.
