Overview
mkdd memcard editor is a tool created by tarsa129. It can be used to edit any part of an mkdd main .gci file, including settings, unlockables, and times.
Usage
- Open the editor; a gui will appear. Before any modification can be done, a .gci file must be loaded in. This can be done using the menu option or Control + O. If a valid .gci file is given, the fields will be enabled
- Edit any part of the .gci.
- The program will not allow a user to input tags longer than 3 characters long
- Save the .gci using the menu option or Control + s.
- A new .gci file with the filepath "<Original filepath>+.gci" will be created
- The new .gci can be patched into a memory card using Dolphin Emulator's memcard manager tool.
Features
This tool is capable of freely re-locking and unlocking any unlockable. It can also be used to restore a memory card time in the event that a shortcut time is accidentally saved.
