Overview
In a Cloud is a custom track created by tarsa129. It was originally created for the fourth edition of Atmosphere's "First Come First Serve" challenge. Since then, it has been overhauled for a Mario Kart: Double Dash!! release, including changing the visuals and the layout. This download does not have background music, and thus, the track is in beta.
